My kids love the shaved ice. The mold provided to make ice with works perfectly for shaving. The only issue is that the product does not include anything to pack the shavings down with. After initially shaving, the density of the shavings is not enough, so the syrup melts them down too far. I use a spoon after it is full to pack down the shavings and then add more above that, but wish it came with a plastic dome to do the packing.
